Cut your paper 1-1/2" x 4".
Fold down one corner so the point is in the middle.
Fold down the other corner also at the middle point.
Here is how it looks from the back. You can cut the tails off - but since they were on the back of my page and you couldn't see them, I just left them on.
This is one of those oldie but goodie tricks!!!
