I hate to admit this, but I am not very good at organizing my photos. If you have been to a crop with me, you have seen me carry in my Ziploc bag of photos. YES, a Ziploc bag, with photos from many different times and in no order what so ever. I recently found a box of photos that were in the back of the closet and found some great older photos. I found Photos from High School, my early years of marriage, early years of being a mom. It was a true treasure chest of memories. I found one picture of me when I was 19 years old, just after High School and one year of college, before being a wife or a mom and I actually LIKE this picture. I liked the picture so much (with the exception of those HUGE glasses) that I decided to scrapbook it..
My favorite part of this page is the top right corner..”she will be happy”. I recently went to my 20 year High School reunion, and a friend from High School said to me, “I thought for sure you would be doing medical or biological research, or that you would be in the medical field as a Doctor..” It was nice to hear that, and to be able to say back to her “I may not be where I thought I would be either, but I am right where I am supposed to be.” And I was able to believe it with my whole being.
